In September 2008, Fox started airing Fringe, a sci-fi show created by J.J. Abrams and Alex Kurtzman. It's the tale of FBI agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv), who endeavors to illuminate unthinkable appearing cases with an interesting group that incorporates Dr. Walter Bishop (John Noble), a splendid however somewhat crazy researcher whose strength is "Fringe" or pseudoscience; his similarly splendid child, Peter (Joshua Jackson); aide Astrid Farnsworth (Jasika Nicole); and poker-confronted Colonel Phillip Broyles (Lance Reddi).
