How Tunefully Tender
The touch gave me a tremor
How tunefully tender!
Fingers fidgeting farther
A silk surface of shine and shimmer.
Emerald eyes eyeing me earnestly
How I’m skimming her skin slickly.
From sitting stiff to her sudden shake
How I could smoothly suffer for her sake.
Peace pouring out persistently
She was a trench coat of tranquility.
Resting her feet on the red rug
Her body, a blanket bug.
How stunningly she sat
She was my coy cuddlesome cat.
