We all have blue days of self-doubt when we aren’t feeling the best of ourselves. And honestly, some of us are born with a low self-esteem bone and one way or other, it transpires into our appearance.
Being someone who feels lazy and sombre most of the days, I follow some easy steps to appear confident when I am going out and trust me there is a build up of confidence inside me when I do these.
- Bold Lip Color
This might be too loud and flashy for a lot of people but without makeup going overboard; just a bold berry or red lip color really looks stylish and appears very confident. Many times I will just put on my face powder and with no makeup on my eyes I just put on a red lip color. I have felt the difference in me immediately.
- Heels or Shoes
As Marilyn Monroe says “Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.” Wearing heels, boots or any any kind of shoe just transforms the body language in you instantly when you start walking. Confidence just oozes out.
- Carry your Handbag on your elbow
Instead of carrying your handbag on your shoulders, just carry it on your elbow. This truly appears confident and poised.
- A Handshake shakes it up
Yes, this works like magic! When greeting or meeting new people, instead of waving hi or just smiling, go for a handshake straight up. This really enhances your confidence and builds up your image as strong-minded.

- Bling Ring
This might sound a bit quirky but Hey; quirky is a kind of confident! Wear over-sized finger rings or mix and match normal sized rings on both your hands. Most of us do a lot of hand gestures while interacting with people and rings in display come across as making a statement really. This looks super chic and confident.
Most importantly, with hopes that your day will be great, any of the above hacks will make you appear confident.
I like the valuable information you supply for your articles.
